Organizing landowners, for the purpose of increasing the negotiating power of Group members to obtain the most favorable oil and gas lease terms possible from developers.
Welcome to ALOV2, LLC. We are reaching out to property owners in North East Ohio that were previously in a gas/oil lease group, those who may have been reluctant to join before, and those who didn't get a chance to participate last time. We are putting together another land pool. Why? There are new technologies and drilling methods today that did not exist 12 years ago. We are forming this group in Trumbull County, Southern Ashtabula, and parts of Geauga, Portage, Stark, Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties.
There is strength in numbers. With a large land pool, we will be able to negotiate more favorable lease options, like was had last time. Mainly, water well protection, crop protection, spud bonuses, and drilling unit size.

WHO WE ARE
We are a group of local landowners, NOT BIG CITY BROKERS.
We are putting our own land in the pool. We want to educate and help our neighbors get the best deal that they deserve.

HOW IT WORKS
ALOV2, LLC will present the Group's acreage to various oil and gas lease developers and negotiate favorable terms, with regard to oil and gas lease bonus payments, royalties, and other lease provisions.
BECOME A MEMBER
To join the ALOV2, LLC Group, a person must have oil and gas ownership rights, pay a non-refundable $80 registration fee, and sign the Acreage Signup Sheet describing their property.
Why it Matters
Northeast Ohio is a hot bed for oil and gas. You see it on the news. Oil and Gas Developers have honed in on the hot spots, the easy, quick access spots.
But, there's no more room in the sandbox.
As the quick, easy access lands become overcrowded and leased out, developers will be looking to branch into other areas still rich in oil and gas.
That's one reason we have started this Group, to get ahead of the game - to educate landowners on the possibilities of oil and gas leases.
